[Peakoil] Local news and Letter writing

Hi folks,

One cheap and easy way to get more focus on the Peak Oil situation is to
write letters to the editor.

What we are looking for is volunteers to either

1) Post relevant local news items relevant to Peak Oil
2) Write letters to the editor in response.
3) or both!

The main message, that probably hasn't sunk in yet, is that higher oil
prices are mainly due to a physical supply problem, not politics. This will
become increasingly important as the world situation heats up. There will be
a lot of people quick to blame outsiders for their woes. We need to head
this off.

Anyhow, you are most welcome to post local news items you've seen to this
list, send it to
