Comment: If more people use cycles there is less road maintenance  
which saves the government money and less traffic congestion which  
also saves money through savings of time and fuel. I'm pretty sure  
that are more cyclists in canberra and more bicycles that there are  
cars. After all children ride bicycles and not cars.
