[Peakoil] Molonglo consultation summary

Tim Dalton, head of the Weston Creek Community Council, has raised
concerns (covered in the Chronicle) about the impact of Molonglo generated
traffic on Weston Creek's Cooleman Court, which is already at capacity for
parking.

There are other infrastructure issues as well, don't know if this has been
considered in the public consultation or gov planning.
