[Peakoil] Senator Milne on infrastructure fund

Fortunately Peter Newman is on the Infrastructure Australia board. The 
others may not get the urgency of Peak Oil.

On Q&A last Thurs Rudd strongly hinted that the fund could be spent on 
urban mass transit.

Otherwise the govt hasn't really tackled Peak Oil at all and certainly 
doesn't want to talk about it. The recent proposal to take the GST off fuel 
excise is what happens when the govt isn't prepared to actually 
be "upfront" and do some "straight talking" as the PM might say.
