[Peakoil] Soros on the price of oil

Speculation has a bad reputation but it does give participants an incentive
to go out and seek information that helps to more accurately price a
commodity. Oil has been underpriced due to inaction and deliberate
misinformation by oil majors and governments.

Speculators were tolerated when they underpriced oil, but are now scape-
goated when the price better reflects oil's actual value.
