[Peakoil] Is there a peak oil transition plan for Canberra?

Hello

I've just finished reading The Transition Handbook by Rob Hopkins, Green Books 2008.  I was wondering if there is a peak oil transition plan for Canberra.  if so, may I please obtain a copy?  If there is not one, would the Canberra Peak oil group be interested in preparing one?
