Spot on, Jenny. It's important to note that, in biophysical terms, the  
proportion of CO2 in the atmosphere is more important than temperature.  
For example, at around 500ppm, the oceans begin to turn so acidic that  
the Antarctic plankton that feeds much of the whole worlds pelagic fish  
will die off. The politicians want to stabilize at around 550 ppm.
