Increasing use of natural gas is a high priority for the government.  
17%pa growth expected.

Comment: Hopefully much of that growth will be car conversions as the  
oil runs out.

"Make buses free" Letter from Joe Murphy

Buses are a public service like libraries and fire brigades. They are  
going to run at a loss so make them free.

Comment: As the oil runs oil and petrol goes up in price bus  
patronage will increase but only if there is subsidy for the those  
who can't afford the fares.
