Hi folks,

I've set up a Wiki page so those that are interested can edit the ACT Peak 
Oil submission.

writing the submission.

I haven't put much in yet myself, I will get to that soon, feel free to pop 
your ideas in. Add your own headings where appropriate. We will have to
