"Driver get free power" - AFP p.16

In London the City is setting up free power points for electric cars  
to recharge while they are parked. They are also exempt from the  
London congestion charge.

Comment: In Britain free parking and power and no congestion charge.  
In Australia we are moving to ban the Reva electric car. Makes you spit.
