[Peakoil] 15,000 apply for LPG grant

Waiting times were already at least 6 months due to the shortage of
tanks. I friend of mine recently converted his vehicle, he waited 3
months to get it done and he was only able to do it because he had his
own tanks and the installer had no work do to the unavailability to
get the tanks he had on order.

This subsidy will only have the effect of increasing the price of the
conversions and will not make any difference iin the end to the
consumption levels of fuel.
