Also ethanol encouragement, subsidy's to replace diesel generators
with renewables, a small amount for oil exploration and a cabinet
submission on gas-to-liquids and coal-to-liquids research.
Comment: Loopy - LPG is still crude oil based. The oil exploration is
for Geoscience Australia to do preliminary surveys. This is just
whistling in the wind. The cabinet submission is into technology
which will create a larger amount of greenhouse gases for a given
amount of energy.
