[Peakoil] Food of the Future dinner

I am a great fan of more Kangaroo consumption - as the green alternative to 
the big farters (cattle).

Can't think of a decent restaurant though.  As a fall back I always like 
Japanese...

I will go with the flow - so pencil me as an RSVP.
