[Peakoil] Meetup changes

Hi folks,

Letting you know meetup.com wants to charge fees for future meetupS. 
However, we already have our own IT infrastructure so we can choose to opt 
out. I suggest we do.

Postcarbon.org (associated with the End of Suburbia movie) have offered to 
supply IT infrastructure for other meetup groups. Postcarbon.org were 
responsible for creating the oilawareness category at meetup.com anyhow, so 
I think they're entitled to do that.

Meetup is proposing to charge US$9/month. It's not that much, but do 
meetup.com provides additional useful services we can't already provide for 
ourselves?
