[Peakoil] Public Talk Plan

I support Adrian's proposed talks as well.  We should be well-versed by  
the time we get through them and able to take on any comers!

Perhaps Adrian can advise us on the minimal documentation we need to be  
a member of the Conservation Council.  I usually associate  
'constitutions' with incorporated associations.  I don't think we are  
proposing to incorporate, are we? "Peak Oil ACT Inc"   Incorporation  
brings with it some benefits, but it means we need to have audited  
books and produce an annual report, to government standards.
