the Council's constituent groups by contributing a brief item to their regular

volunteered to pay for the small expenses incurred in the name of PO ACT; this
resonates with my anarchistic instincts. However, it may be time to
consider a membership fee to cover these costs. This way we can pay
for pamphlets, banners, displays, advertising our meetings in the Canberra Times
etc.</FONT></DIV>
