Note comment at end of first section: One analyst notes that what really
matters is "peak diesel -- when trucks stop running."  Fracked light oil  is
not generally suitable for distillation into diesel; much of is only useful
for making petrochemicals.  "America may well be the last gasp of the oil
age."
