Samuel Alexander has just published a new Simplicity Institute Report, 'The Paradox of Oil: The Cheaper it is, the More it Costs'. This report examines the recent drop in oil prices and explains how this sits in the context of the 'peak oil' framework. His conclusion is that cheap oil is just as problematic as expensive oil, just for very different economic, political, and environmental reasons.
