Interesting. The bill for the Majura Parkway is similar to that for the
GDE. So that makes it on the order of $600M of public money spent on two
new roads. Not very Peak-Oil-aware.

A scaled-down Majura Parkway alone (no GDE) would have saved a lot of
public money, which then could have been used for more Peak-Oil-aware
options.
