[Peakoil] Is Albanese the Minister for Peak Oil?

From early information the Minister for energy and resources is Martin
Ferguson who covered these areas as opposition spokesperson.
This doesn't look good, as he was apparently a greenhouse sceptic ( as far as
Labor person could be this) as was Gary Gray, and this points towards an
overly 'industry' bias. Hopefully they won't be able to seriously put Wong
and Garrett, and Albanese, off track.
