Hello All
As it would apear that the USSR/ Russia peaked around 1987, so how is it
that Russia is now seen as an energy giant at lest in the supply of liquid
gas?
If Russia can supply large quantities of gas to Europe and turn the tap off
as a new year gesture are they really short of the stuff. Could it be that
the Russians faked their oil peak as a political move. Are they just
leaving it in the ground ( as the USA are said to have done with a field in
Colorardo? ) hopping to stare down all the other players. The last nation
with sizeable oil reserves will either be the winner and new world leader or
a big target for everyone else. Any comments / input
