[Peakoil] New treasurer needed

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately its time for me to move on from the exec board of ACT peak
oil due to other commitements.

I've thoroughly enjoyed working with the other board members, and have
gained a lot of experience in campaigning, activism and management in this
arena.  I'd highly recommend putting in a year or two!

If anyone's interested in stepping up to the exec in my place, please let
me know.  :)
