[Peakoil] Mailing list problems

It looks like there has been a problem with the mailing list for about 
the last four weeks.  Emails sent to it were failing and being held in a 
queue.

In a few minutes I'm going to try getting it to resend the emails in the 
queue.  There are about 37 of them, so I apologise for the large 
quantity of emails you're all going to get and even more for their late 
delivery.

If you notice any problems with the list in future, please feel free to
