[Peakoil] Efficiency in transport

Nice to see someone thinking about efficiecny in transport, rather than 
just talking about increasing supplies:

"There's a lot of scope in this area for energy efficiency too by having 
lighter weight materials in cars and more fuel efficient cars."

However no mention of rail in this news article. Rail could shift from 
diesel to electricity, and the fuels industry wouldn't like that.
