[Peakoil] Canberra forum on eco-housing, co-housing etc.

I'm planning a public forum in Canberra on eco-housing in August. It 
would be one of the regular monthly public meetings of the nature and 
Society Forum. I feel sure there would be sufficient interest. It'd be 
refreshing for people who are interested in housing alternatives to 
attend something where there weren't loan sharks and real estate agents 
fawning over them, giving them slanted information and waiting to get 
at their money.

I am proposing a panel of 4-6 experts, each giving a 10-minute 
presentation, followed by questions and discussion involving the 
audience. The whole show would run for a couple of hours one weekday 
evening.

There has been some discussion on the peak oil discussion list about 
this in the past. Are there any topics you would like to see covered? 
if you can let me know, I'll see if I can rustle up experts - or at 
least people with practical experience.
