[Peakoil] Last Day for Submissions

If you haven't done already please consider send a 2 paragraph or one page
submission on the ACT Government Energy and Climate policies.

Points you might consider are

1. need to immediately prepare for an oil peak scenario
2. need to act significantly on climate change
3. need not to replace oil with more greenhouse gas intensive fuel such as
coal to oil
