[Peakoil] Texas Oil Field Threatened

The U.S. Energy Information Administration said yesterday that hurricane
Rita could threaten up to 18 Texas oil refineries that have a combined
capacity of four million barrels a day, nearly a quarter of the United
States's total refining capacity.
