[Peakoil] Formalisation of roles

Hi folks,

Leigh has suggested a mission statement for the group which I've amended
slightly

"To assist and ease Australia's adjustment to the inevitable decline in
availability of oil by researching/analysing the issue of Peak Oil and
raising public, political and corporate awareness. The adjustment must take
account of environmental limits, such as climate change, and lead to
sustainability."

Leigh also suggests a management group or board consisting of

Sarah Dinsmore
Leigh Kite
Paul Pollard
David Price
Adrian Whitehead


Anyone else who feels committed to the Peak Oil issue is welcome to join it.

This small group would be for the purposes of making decisions and assigning
responsibilities.
