Hello Alex,

Thanks, I had found that link,and via that had managed to establish that Ian
Macfarlane chaired the joint OECD Ministerial Meeting on Energy Supplies
with the IEA the day before yesterday, after which they issued this
communique, and published it to the media in conjunction with the Saving Oil
in a Hurry Paper - so demand destruction and recession/depression loom ever
closer.
