[Peakoil] Joining the ACT Conservation Council

Hi folks,

I think ACT Peak Oil should join the ACT Conservation Council since there 
is so much cross-over between Peak Oil, climate change, etc...

I'm prepared to pay for the cost for the group joining, though others will 
be putting some money in. It may be up to $140, possibly much less.

Joining up will give us access to various useful resources, such as meeting 
rooms and projectors, etc..
