+ in recent months, declaring that the "Hubbert Peak" in world oil
+ production is with us, or will occur shortly. Some of the Depletionists
+ use "Plan B" to describe what may need to be done to cope with
+ increasing oil prices and decreasing oil availabilities. Dr Bennett, who
+ is the founder of the Sustainable Transport Coalition, will review some
