Peak Oil Inc. Annual General<br />and Special General Meeting:<br /><br
/>at 7.30pm on Thursday 30 November 2017 at<br />18 Bursaria Street,
O'Connor ACT<br />All members welcome. If you are not currently a member
you can join at the<br />commencement of the meeting by paying the
membership fee of $10/$20. However we are considering winding up the
association, your input is welcome.<br /><br />The agenda for the meeting
will include:<br />* Approval of record of last AGM<br />* President's
report<br />* Treasurer's report and acceptance of audited annual
accounts<br />* Discussion of a special resolution to nominate
an organisation in which to vest surplus property in the event of
dissolution or winding up ACT Peak Oil Inc.<br />* Discussion of a special
resolution to wind-up ACT Peak Oil Inc.<br />* Election of committee, if
