[ACTPO Members] Notice of Annual General Meeting on November 30

Dear ACTPO Member,

This is to give you formal notice of the ACT
Peak Oil Inc. Annual General
and Special General Meeting:

at 7.30pm on Thursday 30 November 2017 at
18 Bursaria Street,
O'Connor ACT
All members welcome. If you are not currently a member
you can join at the
commencement of the meeting by paying the
membership fee of $10/$20. However we are considering winding up the
association, your input is welcome.

The agenda for the meeting
will include:
* Approval of record of last AGM
* President's
report
* Treasurer's report and acceptance of audited annual
accounts
* Discussion of a special resolution to nominate
an organisation in which to vest surplus property in the event of
dissolution or winding up ACT Peak Oil Inc.
* Discussion of a special
resolution to wind-up ACT Peak Oil Inc.
* Election of committee, if
necessary
