This is confirmation that the ACT Peak Oil AGM
will
be on Thursday November 21 and will be preceded by a talk:

The address will be followed by
Q&A and conclude at 7pm. After a 10 minute break, the AGM of ACT Peak
Oil will proceed. Members of the public are welcome to attend and to
join.


 The AGM agenda is:

(a) confirm the minutes of the last
annual general meeting and of any general meeting held
since that
meeting; and
(b) receive from the committee reports on the activities
of the association during the last financial year; and
(c) elect
members of the committee, including office-bearers; and
(d) receive
and consider the statement of accounts and the reports that are
required to be submitted to members under the [Associations
Incorporation]
Act, section 73 (1).


Nominations for
executive positions can be sent to poexec at actpeakoil.org.au in
accordance with section 13 of the rules:
